HOSTEL


Hostels are typically used by travelers or students. Most rooms are shared dormitories, but private rooms are also available. You can enjoy a clean and well-maintained room and a lounge with a nice view, while having the opportunity to interact with people from various countries.

One-room Residence


A one-room residence is a self-contained living space that includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet all in one area. Most of these residences come furnished and equipped with appliances, allowing for immediate move-in. This type of accommodation is ideal for those who value privacy. Prices and sizes vary.

Goshiwon (Small Private Room)  


Goshiwons offer small individual rooms and are mainly used by students preparing for exams or office workers. Each room typically includes a bed, desk, and closet, while bathrooms and kitchens are shared. This is a good option for those who prefer low-cost, minimal living spaces.

Homestay


A homestay allows you to live with a Korean host family, providing a firsthand experience of Korean culture and language. Home-cooked meals are usually included, and staying with a family offers deeper cultural exchange. However, homestays may be located farther from the academy.
