🗓️ Jan | A Taste of the New Year: Making Tteok-manduguk 🥣
On New Year’s Day in Korea, families gather to eat Rice Cake and Dumpling Soup (Tteok-manduguk)
to wish for good health. Our Green friends sat together and carefully folded dumplings.
It was a heartwarming first class of the year, made even more delicious because we made it ourselves!

🗓️ Feb | Exhilarating Rhythms: Samulnori Experience 🥁

We went to learn Samulnori, a performance of four traditional Korean instruments: Kkwaenggwari, Buk, Jing, and Janggu.

Playing along to the joyful Korean "Heung" (rhythm) felt like all our stress was melting away.

It was a vibrant time when everyone became one through music.

🗓️ Mar | One-of-a-Kind Chilbo Keyrings ✨

We created our own accessories using Chilbo (Korean enamel craft), where colorful glazes are applied and baked.

What a sense of pride seeing the hand-designed keyrings sparkling on our bags!

Our students' artistic talents really shone today.

We traveled back in time wearing Hanbok.

The female students looked like princesses in their beautiful skirts, and the male students looked like dashing warriors.

It was a fluttering day, feeling like the lead characters in a Korean historical drama!
